Barrio Menu in the Works with Ex Momofuku Chef Tim Maslow and Wheeler del Torro

Ex Momofuku chef Tim Maslow, now of Strip T’s, is cooking up a menu with Wheeler del Torro for the upcoming Barrio pop up on Thursday, April 26th. The two chefs recently brainstormed how to combine their distinct and and creative culinary styles in to a multi course menu.

This event is the latest installment of del Torro’s Barrio pop up. Barrio recently returned from a weekend event in Philadelphia. The last Boston event featured Michael Serpa, executive chef of Neptune Oyster.

Barrio on April 26th will be sponsored by Patty Katsaros, Principal Consultant at P.H. Koules Consulting.
